Sleeps six in two doubles and a twin room; one family bathroom plus a separate shower room. A good-sized private pool (10 × 5m) for proper lap swimming — with a shallow end suitable for children. Large covered terrace with table seating eight, gas BBQ, and sun loungers. Walled garden with oleander and lemon trees. Children's sandpit in the corner of the garden (filled sand, cleaned annually). The villa is on one level with tiled floors throughout (keeps cool, easy to clean). Living/dining open-plan with wide sliding doors onto the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, gas hob, full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Satellite TV with BBC iPlayer and ITVX, good WiFi. Additional features: all bedrooms air-conditioned, ceiling fans in living areas, washer/dryer, hairdryers, beach towels. Welcome groceries on arrival. The local area

Five-minute walk to Turgutreis seafront and the Saturday market (one of the best on the peninsula). Quiet sandy beaches either side of the town centre. Bodrum town 25 minutes by car; airport 45 minutes.
