About the villa
A contemporary three-bedroom villa within the gated residence of Yalıkavak Hills, a short walk from Yalıkavak Marina. Sleeps six across three en-suite bedrooms (two kings, one twin), all with air-conditioning and walk-in rain showers. A west-facing infinity pool (12 × 4m) and sun terrace with uninterrupted sea views. Outdoor kitchen with wood-fired pizza oven, professional gas BBQ, and built-in bar fridge. Two separate terraces (one shaded pergola for dining, one sunbathing deck). Automated pool lighting for evening swims. Inside: open-plan living/dining with polished concrete floors, a statement chandelier and a deep sofa facing a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Apple TV. The kitchen has a gas range cooker, dual ovens, American-style fridge-freezer, wine fridge, full Miele dishwasher, and a Victoria Arduino espresso machine. Additional features: gigabit WiFi, Sonos throughout, air conditioning in every room, washer/dryer, hairdryers. Access to the gated residence's shared tennis court and gym. Private parking for two cars. Daily cleaner available on request. Not a quiet retreat — Yalıkavak is busy; come for the buzz.
The local area
Five minutes on foot to Yalıkavak Marina — some of the best restaurants on the peninsula (Voi Voi, Koko Beach, Miam). Day-charter yachts and Jetski rentals available at the marina. Gümüşlük is 15 minutes by car. Bodrum airport is 40 minutes.

Outstanding host
Owner is a one-man concierge. The villa is excellent. The pizza oven was used every evening by our group of six.

Bit noisy
Gorgeous villa, brilliant location — but it IS busy here. The boats in the marina run early and late. If you want silent you want Datça. If you want glamour, here.
