Reset my brain
Went for a week on my own to decompress after a tough year. The silence, the sea, the garden. I didn't open my laptop once.

An eco-conscious two-bedroom villa set within a working citrus orchard, with direct garden access to Çıralı's protected turtle-nesting beach. Sleeps four in one king and one twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans and mosquito screens. A natural saltwater pool (6 × 3m, chlorine-free, UV-treated) with a shaded wooden deck. The garden is planted for pollinators — lemons, pomegranates, roses and herbs, most of which guests are welcome to pick. Covered pergola with hammock and outdoor shower. No manicured lawns: this is a deliberately natural setting. The open-plan living/dining space is flooded with natural light through glass doors onto the garden. Solar-powered hot water, energy-efficient appliances, and a well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, combi oven, stovetop coffee maker, dishwasher). No television by design; good WiFi if you need it; yoga mats and a small library of poetry and cookbooks. Additional features: washer/dryer, beach towels, bicycles (two adult, one child's) for exploring the village. Welcome pack is organic and local where possible. Parking on-site for one car. Çıralı is a conservation area — no high-rise development, genuine dark skies at night. Not suitable for very young children (steps, no pool fence).
Thirty-second walk through the garden to Çıralı beach — empty most of the year, loggerhead nesting June-September. The Olympos archaeological site is a 15-minute walk south along the sand. The Chimaera eternal flames are a short drive and an easy hike. Antalya airport is 90 minutes.

No TV, no noise, a garden full of herbs. We walked to Olympos every morning. Beach is empty in May. Spectacular night sky.

I want to be clear — this is deliberately simple and eco-conscious. If you want a shiny resort experience go elsewhere. We loved it.
