About the villa

A boutique two-bedroom villa in the upper old town of Kalkan, designed and decorated by the owner (an interior designer) to a high specification throughout. Sleeps four maximum in one super-king and one twin room, both en-suite with walk-in rain showers. A 10 × 3m infinity-edge lap pool dominates the terrace — heated on request in shoulder season. Views across the Mediterranean toward Kalkan harbour and the mountains beyond. Covered dining pergola with a solid teak table, gas BBQ, outdoor sofa, and a separate sunlounger deck. Inside: polished concrete floors, handwoven kilim rugs, linen upholstery throughout. Open-plan living with a wood burner and a library wall of books (curated — organised by colour). The kitchen features a gas range cooker, twin ovens, Gaggenau appliances, and a professional-grade coffee machine. No televisions on principle; a sound system with Sonos throughout the villa. Additional features: air-conditioning, underfloor heating in both bathrooms, fast fibre WiFi, washing machine, premium linens and towels. Welcome pack includes local wine, fresh bread, olives and olive oil. Parking nearby (not on-site). Not suitable for children under 12 or groups larger than four.

The local area

Six minutes' walk downhill to Kalkan's cobbled old town — restaurants, gelaterias, boutiques, and the marina. Kaputaş beach (one of Turkey's most photographed) is ten minutes east by car. Dalaman airport is 90 minutes; Antalya airport 2h 30m.
