About the villa
A stylish two-bedroom villa on the hillside above Ölüdeniz, with clear views across the Blue Lagoon from every room. Sleeps four in one king and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite and air-conditioning. The main terrace and 6-metre pool face due west — world-class sunset views most nights of the summer, with paragliders gliding down from Babadağ overhead. A second sheltered terrace at the rear catches the morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The tiered garden has lavender, rosemary and two shaded hammocks. The interior is open-plan with original tile floors, a generous corner sofa and floor-to-ceiling doors opening directly onto the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, gas hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, wine fridge). Fast WiFi, sound system throughout, satellite TV, record player and a small vinyl collection. Additional features: hairdryers, beach towels, welcome hamper including local wine and olive oil from the owner's own neighbours. Parking for one car on-site plus street parking nearby. Some stairs throughout — not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Ideal for couples and small families; sleeps four maximum.
The local area
Ten minutes' walk down through pine woodland to Ölüdeniz and the Blue Lagoon. Butterfly Valley is a short boat ride from the beach. Babadağ cable car for paragliding runs from the village. Dalaman airport is 50 minutes by car.

Magical
We came for a quiet week in May and got exactly that. The villa feels curated without feeling sterile. Sophie at the little bakery in the village looked after us like family.

Great, but the stairs!
Loved the villa, loved the views, loved Ölüdeniz. Would say to anyone bringing older relatives: there are quite a few stairs both inside and down to the beach.

Came as a couple for a wedding anniversary. The owner left us a bottle of local wine and a note with three local walks. Did all three. Best anniversary we've had.
