About the villa
A modern four-bedroom villa in a quiet residential area seven minutes' drive from Marmaris marina. Sleeps eight across four en-suite bedrooms (two kings, two twins), all with air-conditioning. Private 12 × 5m pool with a shallow end and an expansive sun deck. Covered dining terrace with a professional BBQ (built-in, gas-fired), outdoor dining for ten. Walled garden with mature trees providing shade. Outdoor shower and children's splash area. Single-storey contemporary build with polished tile floors throughout. Open-plan living/dining with large sectional sofa and a 65-inch smart TV. Kitchen is generous — twin ovens, gas hob, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee machine. Breakfast bar seats six. Additional features: gigabit WiFi, air-conditioning in every room, ceiling fans, washer AND tumble dryer, hairdryers, beach towels, pool towels. Professional cleaning between guests plus a free mid-stay clean on weekly bookings. Off-street parking for three cars. Professionally managed — every appliance works, nothing held together with duct tape. Suitable for families and small groups of adults; not a party house.
The local area
Marmaris marina and bar street are seven minutes by car (free parking after 4pm). The castle and old bazaar are a short walk from the marina. Day boat trips to Cleopatra Island leave daily. Dalaman airport is 90 minutes by car.
