About the villa

A relaxed three-bedroom family villa set back from Sarıgerme's 7km Blue Flag beach, within a nature reserve. Sleeps six in one king, one queen and one twin, all with en-suite and air-conditioning. An 8-metre pool with a shallow end and an expansive sun deck. The garden is native-planted (a working pollinator garden — expect lizards and small birds). Covered dining pergola, charcoal BBQ, outdoor shower, and a large hammock. Dedicated space for turtle-nest-watching binoculars (in the hall cupboard). The villa is single-storey with ceramic-tile floors throughout. Open-plan living with wide doors onto the terrace. Kitchen fully equipped (electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, American fridge-freezer). Nature-focused touches: a library of local bird and flora guides, good binoculars, a small telescope for night sky viewing. Additional features: fast WiFi, washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, hairdryers, beach towels, beach bags. Off-street parking for two cars. Children welcome — pool has a shallow end, but no fence: adult supervision required. Please respect turtle nesting season (June-August): no torches or loud noise on the beach after dark.

The local area

Five-minute walk through pine trees to Sarıgerme beach — 7km of sand, mostly empty, Blue Flag rated, loggerhead nesting site. Dalyan river and Lycian rock tombs are a 30-minute drive. Dalaman airport is 20 minutes.

Thoughtful

The owner's villa feels quiet and kind. The garden is wild in the best way, full of lizards and small birds. Beach is spectacular. We saw nesting tracks, not the turtles themselves — enough.
