About the villa

A three-bedroom villa in the pine-covered hills above Gocek, five minutes' drive to the marina. Sleeps six across two kings and a twin room, all en-suite and air-conditioned. Private 9-metre pool with infinity edge overlooking Gocek bay and its famous sailing flotilla. Wide stone terrace with shaded dining pergola, sun loungers and an outdoor BBQ area. Mature pine and olive garden; a winding path leads to a secluded reading nook with a view to the sea. Inside: airy open-plan living/dining with hardwood floors and wide doors onto the terrace. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, gas hob, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher and espresso machine. Master bedroom opens onto its own private balcony. Charts of the Turkish coast hung in the hall (framed originals — please don't touch). Additional features: fast WiFi, smart TV with streaming, washer/dryer, hairdryers, beach towels, premium linens. The owner (a retired sailor) maintains relationships with local skippers — private day-charter recommendations available with guest access to preferential rates. Parking on-site for two cars.

The local area

Gocek's main marina is five minutes by car — 300 moored yachts, the famous Blue Cruise flotilla sets off here. Restaurants along the quay (Club Marina, Kebapçı Mehmet). Dalaman airport is 25 minutes. Day-charter gulets from the marina from €800/day for six guests.
