A traditional three-bedroom stone villa set on a pine-clad hillside above Fethiye's old harbour. Sleeps six in comfort across three en-suite bedrooms (one king, one queen, one twin), all with air-conditioning and linen bedding. Outside, a private swimming pool (8 × 4m) sits on a sun-deck with loungers and parasols. A covered pergola terrace runs the full length of the house — perfect for shaded lunches and evening dining. The mature garden is planted with olive trees and oleander, with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining table seating eight. Indoors, the open-plan living/dining space has solid wood floors, a wood burner for shoulder-season evenings, and wide glass doors onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, gas hob, dishwasher, espresso machine and microwave. Satellite TV and fast fibre WiFi throughout. Additional features: washer/dryer, hairdryers in every bedroom, beach towels provided, welcome pack on arrival (local wine, bread, olive oil, milk, eggs). Off-street parking for two cars. Suitable for families and couples; not suitable for groups of more than six.
Ten-minute walk downhill to Fethiye's old harbour — fish market, Paspatur's cobbled lanes, and the Tuesday market (arguably the best on the coast). Calış beach is a fifteen-minute drive or short water-taxi. The 12 Islands boat trip departs from the harbour (recommended). Dalaman airport is 45 minutes by taxi; pre-arranged transfers from £30 each way.

We've rented dozens of villas in Turkey over the years and this was one of the best. The kitchen is a real kitchen — sharp knives, good pans, decent coffee. Pool is small but clean, garden is peaceful. Will be back.

Really happy with the villa — excellent kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous terrace. One thing: the driveway is steep, we had trouble with our hire car on day one. Worth knowing if you're coming with a small rental.

Teenagers loved the independence — the pool, the walk into town. Tried every taverna on the owner's list; the second one (Mehmet's) was the winner.
